About the Founder & Our Vision
Urjita Career School was born from the vision of Anupam Dixit, a veteran educator and polymath with over 20 years of experience in shaping academic excellence. With a Master’s degree in both History and Political Science, Mr. Dixit’s journey is defined by a deep-seated commitment to pedagogical innovation and student mentorship.
A Legacy of Excellence
Before establishing Urjita, Mr. Dixit served as a cornerstone of several prestigious institutions:
• Academic Leadership: Head of the Creative Hub and Social Science Department at Silver Line Prestige School, and Subject Matter Expert at Nehru World School (2014–2023).
• Competitive Mentorship: Founder Director of Shikhar IAS Academy (Ghaziabad) and Utkarsh Academy (Kanpur), where he has mentored UPSC aspirants in History since 2001.
• Creative & Corporate Fusion: His diverse background includes Human Resource management roles at Dabur India Ltd. and Goyal MG Gases, as well as founding ARTWORX School of Music and Arts, Ghaziabad’s premier center for creative development.
Why Urjita Career School?
While teaching at the highest levels of competitive exams, Mr. Dixit identified a critical gap: the lack of high-quality, specialized guidance for Humanities at the foundational school level.
Urjita Career School was established to bridge this gap for students in Grades 9 through 12. What began as a focused initiative to support learners has evolved into a center of excellence known for:
• Specialized Humanities Focus: Expert-led preparation for CBSE students, ensuring they master complex social science concepts with ease.
• Experiential Learning: Drawing from his experience leading "Expressions the Studio," Mr. Dixit integrates creative and practical methodologies into the curriculum.
• Holistic Foundations: We don't just prepare students for board exams; we build the intellectual stamina required for future careers in law, civil services, and social sciences.
"At Urjita, we empower students to move beyond rote learning, fostering a deep understanding of the world around them through the lens of Humanities."
